Wynyard Park's second trainee Mac Thi Phuong graduates from KOTO

Congratulations Mac Thi Phuong!

From the very beginning Mac Thi Phuong was aware KOTO was a chance to change her life. And after graduating in June with a Certificate III in Hospitality Management, Phuong has done just that. For us at Wynyard Park Private Wealth, it’s been a privilege to be her sponsor and an absolute joy to see her succeed.

“That moment when I completed my study at KOTO, I looked back and feel thankful to my sponsor, KOTO family for supporting me in the last two years journey. I am also grateful for my persistence and my hard work to help me where I am today. An exciting challenging journey is waiting for me ahead and I cannot wait to see myself grow in the hospitality world” said Phuong.

When Phuong first started at KOTO, she had low self-esteem and found it hard to settle. But after two years with KOTO, Phuong has grown in confidence. KOTO’s founder Jimmy Pham Viet Tuan says she has a ‘good work ethic, a cheerful smile and a big heart’. During her work experience at KOTO KUMHO restaurant the Head Chef took note of her enthusiasm and excellent work ethic. Her determination and drive for professionalism has impressed everyone.
