Our business has been built over many years mostly from clients referring their family, friends and work colleges to our business.
Our approach with clients
In comparison to many other firms, we operate with a relatively small number of high net worth clients. The smaller number of clients per adviser enables us to provide a highly personalised service to each client.
A key aspect of our service is our team based approach to advice. You will generally be working with, and have access to, two very highly qualified advisers who are fully familiar with your situation. This team based approach results in better-quality advice, due to the internal peer review process.
Our approach is to get to know each client personally, through regular client meetings and technical/investment seminars. Our business is entirely referral based and the majority of our clients have been with us for over 10 years.
